This was the traveling notary we recently used for our refinance. Susan was thorough, warm, and patient. We appreciated her taking the time to answer our many questions and the interest she took in our transaction. We would definitely recommend Susan and will be hiring her again as each year our HOA requires notarization of its annual documents. Susan can travel to San Francisco (requirement: parking, totally understandable....). She charges $10 a signature.
