John was the listing agent when we bought our home 15 years ago. There were four offers coming in at the same time and ours wasn't the highest offer, but was a clean one so we got the house. We also got a new friend and neighbor. John becomes friends with nearly everyone he meets in business and you can hear his laugh all over town. He is extremely outgoing, fair, thorough and professional. If he gives you his word, you can count on it. He has been selling homes on the Peninsula for over 34 years (he started when he was 19!) The majority of his sales are in Redwood City, San Carlos and Belmont, but I know he has listings outside of that area as well. If you ask very nicely, he may show you his extensive collection of antique bottles and memorabilia (he is an avid bottle digger) and give you some amazing history of the area.
