I've had tapas elsewhere, but this was the first tapas restaurant that I went to in downtown San Diego. I have taken friends and visiting guests here and needless to say, they all loved this place!! We made reservations and were seated immediately. The owner was very friendly and our waiter was very patient with us and helped explain what tapas are and some of his recommendations. The atmosphere was also very nice; mostly people hanging out with friends, having a great time and eating delicious food! My favorites were the new fried potatoes, the turkey meatballs in chorizo sauce, the paella valencia, and the calamari. The sauces are fantastic! We all mopped our plates with the bread because it was so delicious.
