Rosie is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I had the opportunity to attend her workshop titled 'Healthy for Life'. This was a terrific half-day program that focused on proper nutrition, the pitfalls of imbalances, the importance of balance and exercise, and so much more. Rosie is thoughtful, warm and inclusive. She argues that you either pay for your health up-front (in terms of better nutrition, diet, exercise) or at the back-end (in terms of expensive medical problems, suffering). She is wonderfully inspirational! Rosie is also a representative for Usana products (nutritional supplements, foodstuffs, etc.). You can buy these items directly from her.
