For breakfast, they are one of the fastest I've been to (9 minutes from ordering to the table--yes, I did time it :-)). Cheese blintzes are very good and not that easy to find. Inside decor is charming and the patio is dog friendly. Great place to take the dog & watch Los Altos go by. The only downside is the usual parking hassle at Los Altos if you go at peak times but State Street isn't as bad as Main.
