Although the website is for on-line orders, this is a nice sit-down restaurant. Service is good, and the menu items are excellent. The meat Kabobs are tender, the stews are excellent (the Sabzi is great). The only downside is that it is noisy - so if you want to have a good conversation with your meal with more than one other person, it will be challenging. The portions are large - we ordered 4 main courses and 2 appetizers for 5 people, and we were definitely satiated. Right up there with the best Persian I've had in the past at other Persian restaurants.
