The owners of Peninsula Prime Motorz met each other when working at Putnam Toyota down the road. They both moved on to Autobahn Motors (Mercedes dealer) in Belmont, and worked together there. Once they learned the ropes servicing cars at these two dealers, they struck out on their own. Would I trust Peninsula Prime Motorz with a Toyota or Mercedes? Certainly no less than I would a dealer. They are certified to work on other brands, too. So I took my original-owner 1986 Toyota 4WD truck to them when my clutch hydraulics failed. First of all, their customer service is excellent - they are meticulous at confirming the work to be done, and they call you at each step of the way as they learn more. Very friendly. I had them replace my radiator hoses and thermostat at the same time, and it turned out my radiator was leaking (which I ended up replacing). I'm a "gear head", and found their explanations to be accurate and honest. Prices on original manufacturer's parts and OEM replacements were competitive. Great experience, fair prices, and quality work. I'll be going back here.
