I used Pacific Town Car a few months ago as I needed to ride from my home to SFO (20 - 30 minute drive). I booked online and received a confirmation call shortly thereafter. I recall the rate to SFO was $58 (not positive). Not much more than a taxi. They were courteous, timely and reasonable (for a high-end car service). I would definitely use them again! As an aside, my experience with working with the local (less expensive) taxi services has been spotty, so I strongly urge paying the extra $ for a timely pick-up. It is worth it (both in terms of making your flight and removing the stress).
