Nona Lim's Thai Curry soup is as good as it gets for a 'packaged product'. In a blind test, it would definitely pass for 'fresh'. Nona Lim's packaging states they 'ship' anywhere in the Continental U.S. I phoned and confirmed that this is true -- evidently their soups are fresh frozen and shipped in ice packs. Their marketing blurb: 'Nona Lim's soups are made from scratch in small batches. Using only fresh, non-GMO ingredients from local farmers, Nona Lim soups are incredibly flavorful and colorful'. This was certainly my experience.
