Marty sold me my first home back in 1989. I met Marty at an open house in Willow Glen. At the time, I was extremely frustrated with trying to find an agent that was a good fit. After trying several agents, Marty was the first agent who actually listend and paid attention to what we were looking for. It was refreshing to look at houses that fit my profile. Marty was amazingly efficient at triaging candidate properties - especially because this was when the MLS was hardcopy, and computerized search was only available on simple terminals. With Marty, I always felt I was looking at quality instead of quantity. Although it's 23 years later (gasp), I suspect that Marty still has those listening skills and ability to find what you're looking for without wasting your time.
