I've eaten a pretty good amount of sushi in many different restaurants. This is ABSOLUTELY the best I've ever had. We each ordered the fixed price "Trust Me" which included edamame. Sashimi, 8 pieces of amazingly tender and flavorful sushi and 2 hand rolls. Brilliant business plan that keeps plates coming as soon as you have finished a course, the next appears, no extra tipping as a reasonable tip is added. It cuts down on ordering time and bill paying so they move the long line efficiently. Awesome place, great food.
