Brendan is thoughtful, patient, and very reasonable!!! He runs his own shop so he keeps overhead to a minimum. His rates are likely to be half or even less than half of a larger firm's rates. That is the good news. A caution, though: it is just him. So, if he is unavailable, he doesn't have the staff or back-up counsel to take over or to get back to you if he is really busy. That said, I have found him to be very responsive. Moreover, your legal documents should be portable and if written correctly, won't necessitate the original counsel to be present for interpretation or revision.
