Only open during the week, this is where the locals have their business lunches, and sits right on the Seine river. Neuilly is a beautiful and wealthy town surrounded by headquarters for major manufacturers (Peugeot, Dassault, and Aerospatiale for example) as well as the Bois de Boulogne. So why even explore beyond Paris? Well, there is Bagatelle - a most fabulous and famous rose garden in the Bois de Boulogne. After a tour of Bagatelle, I'd make La Tonnelle Saintongeaise my lunch stop.
