Caterer par excellence
Karen has catered many of our personal events over the years, and the quality of the food and service, and the attention to detail are absolutely top notch. Karen provides full service catering, complete with servers and bartenders and anything else you might need. She runs a tight ship - everything seems to magically flow in and out of the kitchen effortlessly and on time. Honestly, the kitchen is cleaner after she leaves then before she arrived (and we keep a pretty clean kitchen!). Her sense of calm and patience, and good sense of humor make Karen an absolute joy to work with. Her experience and organization skills are so deep that she can manage to pull her team together around last minute changes with aplomb. Even in my most critical moment, I cannot think of a single thing that Karen could do better - she's that great.
