Jose was a great driver for us, and we'll certainly use him again. There are two ways to use Seaman's service - you can call dispatch directly for rapid service within a few minutes, or if you want a specific driver and you know when you will need service, you can call the driver directly 24 hours in advance.
We called Seaman's and requested a car (not a specific driver). The car arrived within 5 minutes. Seaman's is known for it's speedy dispatch, and that was certainly true for us.
Jose was cheerful, earnest, polite and courteous - and a quick but not crazy driver. His Lincoln Town Car is neat and clean, with 1980s pop playing at a very low volume in the background. He honored his fixed rate quote without haggling as some drivers might (he took us from Yonkers to Mid-Town). Most of all, we felt safe and comfortable with Jose, and will definitely schedule service with Jose the next time we visit NYC.
