Jose has been our gardener for 25 years. You cannot find a more reliable gardener. He takes care of all of our outdoor maintenance without being asked. He checks the sprinklers and changes parts as needed. He does light tree maintenance when he sees it's time. (He lets me know when we need someone for the big jobs.) He plants flowers and vegetables, aerates & fertilizes the lawn, keeps our gates aligned after those little earthquakes, wheels out the compost, weeds the crabgrass by hand. (We don't want to use chemicals.) He never raises his rates, so giving him a raise is the one thing we have to remember to do!
Many of our neighbors now use him, too.
