Pappadeux is indeed excellent, as is Pappas Bros.Steakhouse and Pappas Seafood House. Pappasito's is unremarkable--better Mexican food can be found in Houston--and I would not recommend Pappa's BBQ.

I was at the Houston Airport and searching for some good food for lunch. It was really good!! Get the combo... shrimp, scallop and crab cakes. Best Cajun seafood I've had so far!
