Aileen is an amazing woman and professional nutritionist (and in that order). She is passionate about helping her clients understand the relationship between their diet, lifestyle and health. She will help you to understand the true nutritional content of your everyday meals. In many cases, she will scare you to pieces once you learn what you are really consuming. She will guide you to better nutrition, and in the process help you to optimize your health and to discover your best body. She conducts workshops as well as one-on-one counseling through her Smart Body and Smart Woman programs. Aileen is honest, thoughtful and inspiring!
