Garrell is a master! rolfer and yoga instructor. His work space in the Filmore neighborhood of San Franciso is immaculately clean, inviting and warm - his table is huge & comfy. I was a few minutes late but Garrell was very cool about it. In just 90 minutes Garrell had balanced my body and made me feel 100% better. He is carling and listens thoughtfully and asks insightful questions. The 90 minutes flew by! I highly recommend getting Rolfed by Garrell - you'll feel better!
