Cathy Girabaldi was the original escrow officer who handled our San Francisco TIC purchase, now 4+ years ago. Cathy was extremely thorough, knew our TIC agreement quite well, and was very personable. Given the stress of a real estate purchase, her style was much appreciated. There are so many, many details involved in a TIC transaction, as I now know being the treasurer for our HOA. I have now worked with several escrow agents, as we have had turnover in our building. I have referred Cathy a number of times. Having a solid escrow officer makes all the difference.
