I had heard good things about the drunken monkey. The food was pretty good, the reliability of the front desk pretty poor, although the server ended up being good. We waited for 50 minutes for a table, while one sat empty waiting for a reservation. They came in as we were finishing up...and there were plenty of empty tables by then. Kind of ruined the dinner out and perception of the place. They kept apologizing, but we ended up at a table the was cold, tiny and they didn't offer anything to appease us for being misled on the wait. Portions are large, but some of the fish was questionable.
