PSRT, also known as Parsley Sage Rosemary & Thyme, catered a fundraising event in San Jose. Although there were many caterers featured at this event, the dishes served by PSRT stood out for their creativity and flavor - and their ability to do so with a large crowd of 500+. Two of the appetizers stood out - crab cakes with coconut curry, and the lemon chicken skewers with rosemary aioli. Their focus is corporate catering, but I would absolutely consider them for a personal event. As a guest, I have no idea where they land on cost, so no rating given on value.
