I met Dana via Avvo, where I posted a question about attorney reviews and regulatory compliance. Of the answers I received on Avvo, Dana's was the most detailed and useful. We corresponded via email a bit more, and I got the sense that Dana is passionate about the law, and that he cares about the details. I later took a look at his blog and Quora posts, and not only learned from them, but I continue to enjoy reading his posts. Should we want to change corporate attorneys, Dana is on my short list.
