Lenora Porcella is absolutely amazing as a full-service travel agent, extremely knowledgeable, knows the ins and outs of every country (visas, vaccinations, "gotchas", etc.), and she can take care of itinerary changes on the fly wherever you are in the middle of your trip. Her pricing is very fair and she's extremely good at finding the best deals and wonderful places to stay and she's a great person (I met her long ago as a neighborhood volunteer). She's taken care of my professional and personal travel needs for nearly 20 years. Truly unparalleled service.
