Our heat went out during MLK weekend of 2010 and Clark Plumbing was the only plumbing/heating service to answer our call. They were great! Though they are located in South Lake Tahoe, they did not charge us a 'travel charge'. However, we (gladly) paid for Sunday service! Once they arrived, they quickly determined we had a faulty HSI ('hot surface ignitor'). They replaced the HSI, tested the fix, and we were all very relieved (and warmer).
