This is my weekday go-to place for breakfast. I usually get the Eggs Florentine - two poached eggs and spinach on a muffin, with Hollandaise. It comes with hash brown potatoes. They use extra large eggs - practically mutant in size - and are never over-cooked. The muffin is properly toasted and not soggy. And the Hollandaise has a generous amount of lemon. The hash browns are fried and properly cooked (not partially raw, as is the case at some other diners).Conveniently, they serve breakfast all day. On weekends, there's a line out the door. Christie's in Burlingame makes my top-three list for breakfast, along with Il Fornaio and Peninsula Creamery in Palo Alto.
