We have been to Nepenthe several times and have always enjoyed it. The food is delicious, the wine selection is fabulous (they turned us on to wine from Pisoni Vineyards), and the VIEW is the BEST. The service is pretty good (I'd rate B+) and once our main course arrived at lukewarm / room temperature and we had to send it back to be reheated. If you have some extra time (or while you're waiting to be seated) you can relax by an outdoor fire that they typically have going. There is a special energy around this place. Beautiful setting.
