Be sure to have a beer at the Bethlehem Brew Works and sit outside at a table on the sidewalk on a hot summer day (or any hot day). We were on our way to visit Lehigh University, and overnighted in downtown Bethlehem - and really enjoyed our stay in the city. Bethlehem Brew Works has a great brew pub menu and some fabulous beers. I liked their Steelworker's Oatmeal Stout. Service was a bit slow outside, but otherwise good beer and food.
