Nice boutique beach hotel in Avila Beach, near San Luis Obispo. The rooms are clean, spacious, nice beach theme in the unique decorations, with a small kitchenette. We had a great view of the ocean/beach with a nice balcony perfect for enjoying coffee in the early morning. Complementary breakfast. Off season rates made this a great place to stay for visiting Cal Poly.
