I have worked with Theo Albers now for four years (I am the treasurer of our San Francisco HOA). I have found that he is an excellent bookkeeper -- responsive, accurate, fairly priced. And with a sense of humor. In addition to the regular bookkeeping, he has handled our tax summaries for four years in a row now, and has been very easy to work with.
