I used A+ to replace the 12V battery in my 2008 Prius. The scheduling, communication, and overall customer service experience was top-notch: personal, friendly, and professional. The shop and front office was clean. Because the other staff were busy, rather than have me wait for a driver, the owner himself drove me back to my house. He also offered to pick me up when my car was ready, though that wasn't necessary.
I picked A+ for two reasons. First, I needed the work done that afternoon and I figured there was a higher probability of them having the battery in stock than my regular mechanic. And secondly, because I was impressed with their outreach to local high school students - my daughter being one of them many years ago - to provide learning opportunities for kids who are interested in a career in auto repair. Any business that gives back to my local community like that deserves a shot at my business.
I highly recommend A+.
